North Korea And Iran Both Seek To Not Cooperate With International Antinuclear Efforts

Today Iran told EU negotiators that their proposals to allow Iran to use nuclear power plants under close EU supervision is "unacceptable". This is about what I expected from them. Iran is a hostile state that will go through the motions of cooperation only to prevent an attack from Israel, the U.S. or parts of world community against suspected nuclear research sites. In the long run, Iran will most likely go ahead with nuclear weapons production hidden under a peaceful nuclear power program and force a military attack from some state that will most likely trigger the war warned of in Ezekiel 37-39.

Oil rich Iran hardly needs nuclear energy for power production. Since the beginning of this absurd ruse, Iran's real intention have always been nuclear enrichment for arms to blunt any U.S. or other military action against their Islamic radical government state.

And North Korea is another state that is arguing about the level of "compensation" they would would like from the U.S., yet most likely will not drop it's nuclear weapons intentions. According the China Daily, North Korea is retrofitting 12 old Russian missile launcher submarines purchased as "scrap metal" to be able to launch nuclear missiles at the American West Coast in the event of war.

Both Iran and North Korea seek not only to protect themselves from an Iraq type invasion from the U.S., but in the case of North Korea, seek food or financial compensation from the U.S. However a policy of paying extortionists has never proven itself wise. And this is a good example where it may actually encourage more nuclear weapons production by North Korea to force more U.S. payments over time . At some point this could either break down to an American attack on North Korea , or a North Korean first strike at the U.S. out of anger and delusions of their own nuclear strength once an arsenal of weapons is put together.

The U.S. attack on Iraq has actually backfired in that both Iran and North Korea feel the best way to prevent any similar American attack is by building a nuclear weapons network in both states. Neither state trusts the intentions of America and the aggressive Bush White House foreign policy, yet both North Korea and Iran fail to see that the Iraq disaster has dramaticly trimmed down any military delusions of the Bush Administration towards irresponsible states. Yet the mistrust of the U.S. makes a truly honored treaty by Iran and North Korea not to develop nuclear weapons highly unlikely. Both states figure a nuclear force will blunt any U.S. attack, yet the reverse is probably true despite the Iraq disaster. Instead of a full scale U.S. invasion like Iraq that has miserably failed, a smaller limited "surgical attack" by the U.S. against suspected nuclear research sites could be more likely.

Someday there will most likely be a conflict with North Korea, and as the Bible clearly indicates in Ezekiel 37-39, a serious war with Iran, with many states of the world will be drawn in. This is the only future "military war" mentioned in the Bible specifically, although the future"spiritual war" in the book of Revelation is also mentioned for the future of mankind . WWI and WWII were not serious enough to be warned of in Bible prophecy. This is the unfortunate truth of these world trouble spots. In the case of at least Iran, the worst will happen and a significant percentage of mankind will be killed in such a war.
