Bush May Appoint A "War Czar"

As yet another sign that the twin wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are not going very well, rumors in Washington now claim that Bush may soon appoint a type of "war czar" to manage both wars and attempt to salvage both conflicts. With the manpower so strained for the wars, few new NATO soldiers from other nations coming in, both efforts are becoming increasingly desperate.
