John Bolton Time For The U.N.?

China is has added six new naval destroyers to it's People's Liberation Army Navy in the last few weeks including two new Russian built destroyers with nuclear Sunburn cruise missiles meant to kill American aircraft carriers with 100% mortality. And in addition, two new Luhu and Luhai destroyers have been added to the PLAN fleet. China is having difficult relations with both Taiwan and Japan currently. And China was able to conduct a covert mission involving a Ming class attack submarine in the Yellow Sea for a full 31 days without detection from American CIA or Naval intelligence thanks to either new silent propeller or sonar evading technology. In a new purchase. a Chinese has now purchased IBM for $1.75 billion, which will improve it's computer potential to develop new weapons technology. For example the stealth aircraft designs were designed by a Russian mathematician using math computations to compute angles that will be invisible to existing radar technology. With the IBM technology, China's military may be able to design advanced naval and aircraft and missile designs to futher confound American security and intelligence capabilities.

And Iran has announced it intends to fully press ahead with it's nuclear ambitions. It already has a missile technology that can hit Southern Europe thanks to the same missile technology help from North Korea that helped Pakistan develop it's nuclear missile program.

North Korea tested a new missile for export to Third World states Sunday. It intends to export more nuclear arms potential to more and more Third World and developing areas. And underground nuclear tests in North Korea are the obvious next step according to American intelligence experts.

Given this horrible backdrop of potential nuclear world problems that could end up taking many American military or civilian lives, it seems like exactly the wrong time for John Bolton. He has not proven the ability to work well with others, yet somehow the Bush Administration wants Americans to believe that he can work well with the other 200 nations of the world at this critical time for world nuclear mischief.

And John Bolton was one of the members of the PNAC(Project For The New American Century) that was taken in by the "intelligence" lies of Ahmad Chalabi, who had been convicted in "absentia" in Jordan in the nation's worst banking fraud scandal. Bolton has not been able to grasp true military intelligence from the fabrications of Chalabi who shook down the American government form around $300,000 a month in payments to an organization that Chalabi and his brother operated. Bolton's judgement was no in trusting a convicted criminal and helping to promote the path to war in Iraq.

And rather than making the world more safe, Iraq has taught small and Third World states to realize that buying North Korean nuclear missile technology is a way to make their countries "invasion proof". Iraq has taught this dangerous lesson to these countries.

Bolton represents too many mistakes on Iraq, trust in Chalabi, and a new thrust by developin world states to protect themself against a potential American invasion.

It is hardly Bolton time for the U.N. right now. He demonstrates none of the potential of a very effective intellectual like Adeli Stevenson did in the dark and dangerous days of the Cold War. In no way is Bolton the right choice at this critical time with nuclear problems and hairpin nerves in many Third World states in response to the Iraq mistake of Bush.
