Sandra Bullock Murder Plot Investigated

Reportedly, the FBI conducted an investigation based on a tip that there was plot planned by Jesse James and his mistress, "Bombshell" McGee, to hire a hitman to kill actress Sandra Bullock. However, after conducting an investigation, the FBI concluded that the tip just wasn't "credible", and have closed the investigation for now.

Two weeks ago, "Bombshell" McGee's former husband, Shane Modica received a phone call by a claimed hitman that that he was hired to kill both Modica and Sandra Bullock. Modica called the authorities about the claimed call. But, an FBI investigation turned up nothing. So the call was largely dismissed as lacking "credibility".

Officials have no reason to believe that either "Bombshell" McGee or Jesse James ever contacted any person about any murder scheme and that the story of a such a scheme is entirely bogus.
