Nicolette Sheridan In Huge Fight With ABC & DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES

Actress Nicolette Sheridan is in serious legal combat with both ABC and DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, filing a $20 million dollar lawsuit claiming that she was even struck in the face by Marc Cherry, creator of the show. And according to a report running over at TMZ, Sheridan is expecting a "smear campaign" to trash her reputation and character in an effort to win the case and refute the allegations.

Sheridan's representative claims that she was entirely professional on the set of the program, while Cherry was abusive and ABC did nothing to prevent his abuses after she complained about his actions.

Well, it looks like more fireworks are coming to a courthouse near you.
